• Acknowledgement of your support as a Sponsor (with reference to the sponsorship level) in all related correspondence and marketing materials including the printed programme, letters to presenters, government representatives and other corporate sponsors, press releases, invitations to delegates, etc.
• 20-Minute Presentation slot reserved for sponsors
• A full-colour one page (A4, A5 or A6) advertisement in the printed conference programme;
• Branding opportunity at each event (placement of banners at venue)
• Inclusion of company logo on the official conference website as well as the conference programme
• The above would include a hyperlink to sponsors websites;
• Inclusion of company and speaker profiles in the conference programme
• Exhibition table – space provided to exhibit and distribute marketing brochures

• Complimentary delegates to attend the event
• Preferential seating at Gala Dinners & Lunches (where applicable)
